About The Position

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Project/Program Manager. This role involves managing the intake and tracking of enhancement and project requests, routing them to appropriate teams, and coordinating across multiple business units to ensure alignment and visibility. The position supports portfolio management, prioritization, and status tracking, collaborating with process, transformation, systems, and automation teams. The Project/Program Manager will monitor progress, drive timely follow-up on open requests, and help standardize processes to improve cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Program/project management experience (typically 5-10+ years)
• Strong business analysis and business process improvement skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive actions without direct reporting authority
• Experience managing multiple requests, projects, and competing priorities
• Strong follow-through, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to gather, refine, and document business requirements
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work management tools
• No software development experience required
