About The Position

We are seeking a Project/Program Manager for a long-term, onsite role in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with experience in managing cloud services platforms, enterprise tools, and mobile application projects. This role involves delivering various mobile applications, working closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and solution architectures, and ensuring compliance with security policies and governance standards. The position also requires creating proof-of-concept solutions, managing integration and user acceptance testing, and overseeing release processes.

Requirements

• Managed cloud services platforms, enterprise tools, and mobile application projects.
• Delivered mobile applications including chatbot platforms, event apps, and analytics tools.
• Worked with business stakeholders to define requirements and solution architectures.
• Ensured compliance with Cisco security policies and governance standards.
• Created proof of concept solutions supporting innovation and sales demonstrations.
• Managed integration testing, user acceptance testing, and release processes.
• Ability to code using scalable framework for future enhancements and sprints
• Ability to review requirements and articulate/propose alternate solutions to application architecture
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines with quality deliverables

Nice To Haves

• Scrum/Agile experience is added advantage.
• Prior Cisco Experience is preferred
