Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans, incorporating changes and analyzing week-over-week variances and critical path impacts. Coordinate meetings, gather tasks from team members, and drive action items to completion. Translate complex information into clear, actionable steps for the team. Apply strong analytical thinking to identify trends and support decision-making. Client-facing position, working closely with internal stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence
Conflict resolution/management

Nice To Haves

PMI or PMP certification preferred
