About The Position

This position is up to 12 months, with the option of an extension. The client is in Raleigh, NC. Candidates will be allowed to work remote, but work must be completed on site in Raleigh, NC at the client's discretion. The client has not notified of any intention to return to onsite work. Candidate must work EST Business Hours.

Requirements

• Program Management experience managing multiple large complex projects (5 Years)
• Experience creating roadmaps for the portfolio (7 Years)
• Experience developing business case, Cost Benefit and market analysis (5 Years)
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope and schedule (7 Years)
• Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability
• Hands on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications (7 Years)
• Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
• Demonstrated presentation, training skills, oral and written communication skills
• Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) (7 Years)
• Experience with MS Office (7 Years)
• Experience managing or supervising IT application/system replacement projects (5 Years)

Nice To Haves

• PMI certification Project Management Professional (PMP)
• State Government experience
• Experience managing implementation of a statewide IT project
• Experience collaborating with State and Local Government (3 Years)
