The Project Procurement Manager is responsible for leading all functional procurement activities for assigned engineering, procurement, and construction projects. This position develops and executes the project procurement plan, manages the project supply chain budget, oversees procurement schedules and daily workflows, and ensures equipment, materials, subcontracts, and services are procured in accordance with project cost, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements. The Project Procurement Manager serves as the primary procurement representative to project leadership and works closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Legal, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This individual leads critical negotiations, develops supply chain risk mitigation plans, and provides leadership and development to assigned procurement and supply chain personnel.
