Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in project analysis or planning
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in data cleaning and data visualization
- Ability to write queries and analyze data across multiple systems
- Outstanding organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
- Self-starter with proven problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Maximo, FIM, ACIS, and client-specific project management tools
- Prior exposure to SOX compliance and capital planning
- Advanced dashboard development for management reporting
Responsibilities
- Manage TXDOT billing and new project request intake processes efficiently
- Track workloads, permits, and maintain project-related dashboards for City Management Plans
- Serve as the SOX active/proactive list owner for Network, Metro East and Metro West
- Review and analyze CIAC accrual reports for accuracy and insight
- Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to all management levels
- Generate detailed data analysis and build visual reports to support multiple business groups
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Major Construction, Finance, District Operations, and Storeroom
- Monitor and forecast monthly capital plans and expenditures
- Drive and support process improvement initiatives within the Serve Existing group
- Perform special projects and additional duties as required
