Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in construction management or related project coordination
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex issues clearly
- Strong organizational ability with experience in multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Quick technology learner with adaptability to new software and scheduling tools
- Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience with advanced project scheduling tools
- Previous exposure to large-scale construction or utility projects
- Data management expertise
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and support construction operations to deliver safe, successful project outcomes
- Maintain and optimize construction schedules to uphold reliability and timelines
- Proactively track and coordinate essential project documentation and prints for timely execution
- Represent construction interests in pre-construction, staff, and safety meetings
- Communicate project status updates and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with logistics and support construction management during emergency responses
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment to maximize effectiveness
- Manage and update project documentation, including data entry, asset commissioning, and documentation corrections
- Embrace flexible assignment changes and adapt to shifting priorities for uninterrupted productivity
