About The Position

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Project Planner. In this role, you will assist Senior Managers in compiling data for program performance, create reports on program performance metrics, and collaborate with other planners to improve the data collection process. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering (Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical), Business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing a small team
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas, updates, and decisions to stakeholders
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable presenting to general audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience planning and organizing projects, tasks, and timelines
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and disciplines
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence
