About The Position

We are hiring a Project Planner to help drive planning, pricing, and execution across our Scottsdale-area projects. This role sits at the center of sales, design, and construction, making it an ideal next step for a Project Manager or Estimator looking to expand their impact across the full project lifecycle. You will play a key role in shaping budgets early, guiding design decisions with real-time cost feedback, and ensuring projects are fully bought out and financially on track before construction begins.

Requirements

Background in project management, estimating, or preconstruction
Strong financial and analytical mindset with budget ownership experience
Comfortable working cross-functionally with design and construction teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

Experience in residential or design-build projects is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop budgets and pricing from early concept through final design
Partner with design teams to align scope, cost, and constructability
Lead procurement and subcontractor buyout to hit margin targets
Manage project financials, including budgets, invoices, and pay applications
Support project execution through coordination with field teams
Attend job walks and provide constructability and cost feedback to support the sales process
Perform margin analysis and report variances to the Director of Planning
