About The Position
The Architectural Project Manager leads the design and execution of custom residential projects within the Scottsdale studio, overseeing projects from concept through permitting and coordinating closely with interior design and construction teams in a collaborative design-build environment. This role is ideal for an architect who combines strong design capability with project leadership, with a clear path to increased studio leadership responsibility as the Scottsdale studio grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an architect leading projects
- Experience managing multiple projects and working directly with clients
- Interest in leadership and growing into a studio management role
- Strong proficiency in Revit and design tools

Responsibilities
- Lead residential projects from concept through permitting
- Coordinate with Pre-Construction and Interior Design teams
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedule, scope, and quality
- Provide design and technical leadership across project phases
- Review Revit models and drawing sets for quality and constructability
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to studio workflows, standards, and team performance
