Project Operations Specialist As a Project Operations Specialist based in Toronto, Canada, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping bring our clients live on the Adyen platform. You’ll support the delivery of client implementations across Point of Sale (POS), marketplace e-commerce, and card issuing programs, working closely with experienced Project Operations Managers every step of the way. You’ll collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to keep projects moving, coordinating activities, tracking progress, and helping solve day-to-day challenges that come with launching complex payments solutions. Along the way, you’ll build a strong understanding of Adyen’s products, operational workflows, and technical integrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action. From supporting project plans and documentation to validating configurations and preparing clients for go live, you’ll gain exposure across both technical and operational workstreams while developing a solid foundation in fintech project delivery. The base salary range for this role in Toronto is: $85,000 - $110,000. The total compensation package for this role includes equity (RSUs).
