About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized, results-oriented Project & Operations Analyst to join our client's team, an international platform. This professional will be responsible for supporting the company's operations, monitoring demands and projects between different teams, and ensuring the execution of activities with developers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Ease of communication between technical and business areas.
• Analytical and proactive profile.
• Experience with project or operations management.
• Ability to follow projects from planning to delivery.
• Availability in the time zone: Dubai, Australia, New Zealand.
• Be Brazilian.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deliveries between the Development, UI/UX, CRM, and Operations teams.
• Create, organize, and monitor technical tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and alignment between areas.
• Manage relationships with payment providers, platforms, integrations, and other strategic partners.
• Monitor integration, homologation, testing, and deployment processes for new functionalities.
• Develop operational documentation, functional specifications, and internal procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct meetings in English with international teams and partners.
