The Revenue Cycle Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic and tactical initiatives that drive operational excellence across OhioHealth’s revenue cycle operations. This role oversees all facets of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, communication, change management, risk mitigation, and performance reporting under the direction of the Director of Continuous Improvement & Performance Management. The project manager collaborates closely with Information Services (IS) project managers, vendors, departmental teams, and leverages IT frameworks to ensure seamless project execution. Key responsibilities include managing system upgrades, implementing innovative technologies, and leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. The project manager plays a critical role in the commercialization of revenue cycle services, the launch of new sites and services, and the integration of professional and vendor solutions. Utilizing data analytics, the project manager drives informed, data-supported decision-making and ensures that all projects align with organizational goals. They monitor project performance and return on investment (ROI) through key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
