About The Position

Our marketing team is charged with an important task – sharing our Staples story. We use customer data and analytics to help us understand and improve our customers’ experiences, drive customer retention, and encourage brand loyalty. Our team is diverse, with skillsets and responsibilities ranging from graphic design, content creation and performance marketing to internal communications and loyalty & rewards programs. We work together to provide expertise and guidance, so that the Staples brand is well represented in all areas.

Requirements

Detail oriented, highly organized individual with strong project management skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work well independently and within a team setting including across multiple internal teams
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of related work experience in marketing or project management
2+ years' experience using marketing or project management platforms

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

Support B2B customer acquisition and prospect nurturing campaigns in all stages from planning, deployment, and measurement.
Manage, prioritize, maintain, and track multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensure successful delivery of all projects – organize people, deadlines, meetings, and resources along the entire project lifecycle.
Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to execute all campaigns effectively and efficiently across channels such as email, paid media, site etc.
Draft creative briefs, collect, and provide feedback, and proof all materials prior to deployment.
Clearly articulate & present project status reports, next steps & action items, challenges, risks, reviews & approvals, and escalate as necessary.
