About The Position

The Service Delivery Project Manager will focus specifically on service delivery to drive the acceptance, growth, and provisioning of service within both the Uniti Fiber and Uniti Leasing networks. This position will have overall project responsibility and accountability to deliver quality products and services on time and within budget. This role ensures timelines are met for all commitments such as service dates, government dates, forecast dates and closing objectives and conducts audits of construction work to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Minimum 2 years in project, program management experience.

  • BA/BS degree required or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service delivery from contractual sale to service turn up and achieve customer commitment dates.
  • Conduct Market and project-based meetings in support of weekly forecasting.
  • Track major service delivery milestones (such as engineering, design, permitting, access agreements, construction, splicing, testing, 3rd party asset usage, etc.)
  • Facilitate and conduct internal and external customer service delivery meetings.
  • Efficient and productive use of all available tools, i.e., Salesforce, Excel, MS Visio, etc.
  • Create project tracking reports and dashboards to provide real time analysis of project status.
  • Provide timely project updates to internal and external customers.
  • Conduct trend analysis of projects to identify roadblocks and areas of opportunity for improvement.
