About The Position

As part of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will work with our customers and technical subject matter experts to define the scope and schedule of projects. You will manage stakeholder requirements to ensure that project execution aligns with (possibly) changing expectations throughout the process. You will work across teams to ensure personnel are utilized to the best of their ability during and between projects. Finally, you will use your exceptional situational awareness to identify potential risks so that we do not hit a pothole and blow a tire.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience managing government contract types including CPFF, T&M, FFP
  • Experience leading diverse teams across multiple locations & time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to determine project scope, set project schedules, and manage resources
  • Experience communicating and presenting to all levels within a company, including leadership, stakeholders, and customers
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to build project budgets and expenditure plans
  • Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experienced in project management processes and fundamentals
  • BA or BS degree in one of the business disciplines (management, accounting, operations, etc.) or STEM
  • US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.
  • Required – Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with government contracting compliant ERP software, such as Unanet
  • Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • AGILE certifications including Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner
  • Nice to have – Top Secret with current SCI access
