As a PROJECT MANAGER, your primary objective will be to lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management with multifamily or wood frame construction projects.
  • Tennessee construction experience who understands the local market, subcontractor network, permitting processes, and regional building practices.
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrate an exemplary history of consistently completing projects on schedule and fostering collaborative efforts with project superintendents and company leadership to achieve shared company goals.
  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
