As a PROJECT MANAGER, your primary objective will be to lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in project management with multifamily or wood frame construction projects.
Tennessee construction experience who understands the local market, subcontractor network, permitting processes, and regional building practices.
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrate an exemplary history of consistently completing projects on schedule and fostering collaborative efforts with project superintendents and company leadership to achieve shared company goals.
