Project Manager – Commercial & Multifamily Construction

About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects stay on schedule, budget, and meet quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC or developer.
- Experience with multifamily and/or large commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Procore and scheduling software (P6/MS Project).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass required screenings.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 30 and design-build experience are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and billing.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and Procore documentation.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure quality, safety, and successful project closeout.
- Mentor and manage Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and Coordinators.
