About The Position

An award-winning, family-owned commercial construction firm is hiring a Project Manager for a large $250 million educational research center. The Project Manager will provide overall leadership and coordination of assigned project sites, ensuring projects are completed professionally, on time, and profitably. The role will also keep management accurately and fully informed of project status through weekly labor reports, project schedule parameters, and quality measurements. The company provides general contracting, construction management, design-build services, and owner’s representative projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, or an engineering-related major.
• At least 7 years of Project Management experience in general construction and construction management.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices, procedures, and market trends.
• Strong organization skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
