General Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall administrative and technical direction of construction projects. This role enforces company and project policies, serves as the main client interface, and ensures projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through project engineers. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related industry degree.
- At least 5 years of prior project management experience.
- Completed OSHA 10-hour training.
- Proven knowledge of scheduling techniques and the programs used to generate schedules.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and other industry- or company-related programs.
- Strong understanding of safety in the construction environment.
- Understanding of the importance of project insurance(s).
