AECOM is seeking experienced Project Managers to support high-profile capital improvement, infrastructure modernization, and facility recapitalization projects for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). These positions offer a unique opportunity to play a key role in enhancing healthcare environments that serve our nation’s veterans while collaborating with federal stakeholders, healthcare leadership, design professionals, contractors, and commissioning teams on complex and mission-critical projects. The Project Manager will provide onsite project management and advisory support for the planning, design, and construction delivery of facility and infrastructure improvement initiatives across VHA campuses. Serving as the contractor’s onsite lead representative, the Project Manager will act as a trusted partner to the Government, facilitating coordination among VHA leadership, healthcare system representatives, architect-engineers, construction contractors, facility operations personnel, and other project stakeholders. In this role, the Project Manager will oversee and monitor the execution of professional and technical services throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with established project objectives, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and operational requirements. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, supporting decision-making, and driving project performance to achieve successful outcomes. This role is focused on project oversight, coordination, facilitation, and advisory services and does not assume responsibility for design decisions, construction means and methods, or contractor performance.
