AECOM is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support critical capital improvement and infrastructure projects for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). These positions offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects that directly support the healthcare environments serving our nation's veterans while working alongside federal stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, and commissioning teams. As the on-site Construction Manager, you will serve as AECOM's lead representative at the project site and act as the primary liaison with the Government's Contracting Officer Representative (COR). You will play a key role in overseeing construction-phase activities, facilitating communication among project stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved project objectives. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of construction management practices, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys being in the field, driving project execution, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the construction lifecycle.
