  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Establish and maintain project controls: cost tracking, schedule updates, change management, risk registers, and lessons learned.
  • Support performance-based contracting and vendor management; monitor contractor performance and commercial exposure.
  • Identify early constraints typical of Alaska programs (ice roads, open-water windows, aviation weather, permitting lead times, camp capacity, equipment freeze-up) and build mitigation into the plan.
  • Provide operational oversight and decision support to field support personnel.
  • Participate in project planning, after-action reviews, incident investigations, and operational readiness reviews.
  • Travel to field locations, as required, to verify readiness, resolve issues, and maintain client confidence.
  • Retain a team of office-based project staff and field supervisory/operations personnel.
  • Set expectations for safety, integrity, and execution quality; coach supervisors and junior project staff.
  • Coordinate with HSE, Regulatory/Permitting, Medical, Logistics, and Quality functions so program delivery meets company and client standards.
  • Hold safety as a non-negotiable operating condition. Stop work when conditions are unsafe.
