About The Position

Occasions Caterers is seeking a highly organized and creative Project Manager to support senior leadership initiatives. This role involves exceptional project coordination, presentation design, business communication, and a strong focus on managing the CaterXpert platform. The Project Manager will work closely with executives and cross-functional teams to manage projects, create impactful visual presentations, and prepare communication materials. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a keen eye for design and storytelling, operating with discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in a related professional area.
  • Proficiency in CaterXpert (training available for the right candidate).
  • Ability to interpret and execute instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Capable of resolving problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in catering, events, or culinary operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage CaterXpert platform operations, including administrative duties and special project coordination.
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks such as reporting, database management, and operational documentation.
  • Train associates on CaterXpert usage and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support.
  • Support special projects by compiling, editing, and presenting documents and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile data to develop detailed reports and presentations.
  • Design and implement internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Plan and execute company events and meetings with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
