About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer and contract requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience.
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the material handling or warehouse automation industry.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel to project sites up to 50%, based on business needs.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, overnight, and weekends, as required.

Nice To Haves

Project Management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities from start to completion.
Monitor project progress, timelines, budget, and overall performance.
Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal and external project stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project issues and escalated conflicts in partnership with the Site Manager.
Prepare regular project status reports, including schedule and budget forecasts.
Identify project risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans as needed.
Review change requests and assess their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements.
