The Project Manager serves as the single point of contact for the EPMU CAS Section and the COR. The Project Manager must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Specific responsibilities include serving as the single point of contact for the EPMU CAS Section and the COR, with one designated alternate authorized to act on all contract matters during absences. The role requires applying federal acquisition process knowledge and experience across all assigned program management activities, demonstrating an understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle from inception of need through contract, program, and project completion. Strong Program and Project Management principles in a Federal Government context are essential, supported by FAC-P/PM Certification or experience with major systems acquisitions. The Project Manager will interpret, apply, and create acquisition and program/project management procedures, rules, policies, regulations, and guides, and utilize MS Excel and other database and project management tracking tools at a high level of proficiency to support reporting and tracking requirements.
