Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years in construction project management, with at least 3 years dedicated to Data Center White Space or high-density colocation environments.
Proven track record working on builds for major cloud service providers (MSFT, AWS, Google, Meta) or large-scale wholesale operators.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment, including preparing written reports and documentation, conveying information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders, and responding appropriately to verbal and written communications related to job duties.
Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, twist, bend, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods while navigating uneven, unpaved, or obstructed terrain.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Must be able to drive between job sites and access all areas of an active construction zone, including raised platforms, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
Must be able to tolerate exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and construction-related noise, vibrations, and odors.
Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and maintain situational awareness in high-activity environments.
Must have sufficient visual acuity to read drawings, specifications, and safety signage, and to observe site activity.

Responsibilities

Oversee the installation of raised flooring, structural ceilings, hot/cold aisle containment systems, and server rack deployments.
Manage the integration of Branch Circuit Monitoring (BCM), Starline busways, and Remote Power Panels (RPPs) within the white space.
Direct specialized low-voltage and electrical contractors, ensuring high-density cabling and fiber optics are installed to Tier III or IV standards.
Coordinate the "handover" from the Grey Space teams to the White Space teams to ensure seamless continuity.
Lead Level 4 and Level 5 commissioning activities, including integrated systems testing (IST) and heat load testing using load banks.
Maintain clean-room protocols during the final stages of construction to prevent equipment contamination.
