About The Position

The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful completion of glazing projects (curtain walls, sunshades, skylights, specialized glazing) under his or her supervision. Reporting to the Director of Architectural Projects, the candidate will work closely with the technical team, the accounting department, the fabrication department, and the engineering team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a project management certification—PMI or PMP.
Between 1 and 5 years of project management experience in construction or a related field.
Bilingualism (French and English) in both spoken and written communication.
Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment, in a context of change and growth.

Entrepreneurial spirit and strong business acumen.
Good communication skills and a passion for teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing large-scale projects in the curtain wall sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate installation activities on the job site by overseeing subcontractors and suppliers.
Coordinate and plan procurement and manufacturing activities based on job site progress and schedules.
Monitor project costs, invoicing, and schedules.
Ensure the financial profitability of projects and track change orders.
Review project plans and track approvals from professionals.
Take measurements on-site as required.
Organize internal meetings and site meetings.
Prepare project documents such as notices of termination, completion documents, and other relevant documents.
