In this role, your main mandate will be to define, plan, and coordinate the execution of business projects assigned to you, involving different sectors of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in project management or multidisciplinary team management.
  • Management experience in a matrix environment and in collaboration with multiple sectors.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a lean-agile approach - asset.
  • PMP, SAFe certification - asset.
  • Knowledge of the insurance field - asset.

Responsibilities

  • Define a reference plan governing governance, scope, benefits, schedule, and budget.
  • Determine human capacity to carry out activities and ensure resource allocation.
  • Define the breakdown structure allowing for iterative and agile management while ensuring follow-up.
  • Ensure alignment of interdependencies between projects and activities, and report human and financial capacity issues to the appropriate bodies.
  • Identify issues, propose recommendations, and prioritize them for sponsors and steering committees.
  • Create and maintain a network of internal and external contacts to achieve the objectives.
  • Mobilize collaborators to foster increased productivity and engagement.
  • Report project status to various bodies based on defined information, deadlines, and formats, explaining actual and anticipated deviations from the reference plan.
  • Ensure change management activities (training, communication, consultation, etc.) are integrated into your activities and the project plan to maximize stakeholder buy-in.
  • Manage the tendering or bidding process in collaboration with procurement managers and ensure the signing of related contracts.
  • Other related tasks.
