Catalys Lubricants is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator who is eager to learn, ready to take ownership of projects, and excited to contribute to the growth of a company that offers a variety of professional development opportunities. You will work directly with experienced professionals in marketing, sales, and technical services within a growing national organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally across Canada.

  • Two to three years of experience in marketing or a related field is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical experts to simplify product features and create customer-focused messaging.
  • Develop engaging written and visual content for a variety of communication channels.
  • Write case studies, customer testimonials, newsletters, blog articles, lead nurturing campaigns, and sales communications.
  • Assist in creating photography, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Produce technical and specialized content by translating complex concepts into clear, customer-friendly information.
  • Update website content and various marketing tools.
  • Assist in organizing webinars and technical seminars.
  • Support product launches, product line transitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage product labels, technical documentation, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Product Data Sheets (PDS).
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information across digital platforms and printed materials.
  • Coordinate trade shows, industry events, sponsorships, and promotional programs.
  • Assist with event planning and post-event follow-up.
  • Support brand awareness campaigns across Canada.
  • Manage promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales sheets, presentations, and customer-facing tools.
  • Support marketing initiatives for national accounts.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
  • Contribute to customer retention initiatives, including newsletters and targeted communications.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of the company's marketing projects from concept to implementation.
  • Support the rollout of marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate activities between the marketing, sales, customer service, operations, and other departments.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
