About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of projects from handoff through closeout. This role involves aligning field operations, schedule, and budget to ensure successful execution. The Project Manager will maintain control of project scope, sequencing, and deliverables, and drive decision-making to keep projects moving forward. Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking, monitoring job cost reports, production, and margin performance, and identifying risks early to implement corrective actions. The role also involves managing change orders, billing, and cost recovery, and ensuring accurate and timely monthly financial reporting. Additionally, the Project Manager will develop and maintain project schedules, lead lookahead planning, coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, and remove constraints impacting schedule and production. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and key stakeholders, requiring the ability to build and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-through. The Project Manager will lead project meetings, ensure alignment across all parties, and represent Aspen professionally. Contract management, including review of plans, specifications, and contract requirements, overseeing RFIs, submittals, and change management processes, and ensuring proper documentation for claims, delays, and scope changes are also critical. Collaboration with field teams, including superintendents, to align execution with strategy, support problem-solving, and ensure resource availability is essential. Risk management related to cost, schedule, safety, and quality, proactive issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards are key. Finally, the Project Manager will oversee project closeout, including final billing, retention, financial reconciliation, punch lists, as-builts, and turnover documentation, ensuring strong client satisfaction.
