As a Project Manager at Avantiico, you will be responsible for overseeing small to mid-sized customer engagements (typically 75–250 hours) that often serve as a client’s first interaction with Avantiico. These engagements include solution takeovers, Microsoft Solution feature remediation, performance improvements, and training initiatives. Your role blends billable project management, solution scoping, and early relationship development that lays the foundation for long-term client success. You will also be responsible for two internal projects tied to strategic software implementation and business process improvements. This position requires strong project delivery acumen and the ability to guide engagements from kick-off to scoping and planning through execution and closure. A key aspect of the role is ensuring a structured transition of clients into longer-term Avantiico service models, such as Managed Services, ongoing project delivery, or ISV solution adoption (e.g., 3PL Billing Automation, Data Migration Accelerator, Multi-Company Automation). This will be a work-from-home position, based in Southern California, when not on-site for customer engagements, projects or Company events. This position has a 25% annual travel expectation.
