In addition to strong relationships with several well-respected institutions across various sectors in the greater Boston Area, South Coast Improvement has 85% repeat business with some of the largest providers of Senior Living and Affordable housing along the East Coast. This position is based out of our growing Palm City, FL Office. The Project Manager will play an integral role in developing our presence in the Florida market. This role will be heavily involved of all aspects of FL projects from business development, preconstruction and operations.

Requirements

5 years prior commercial construction experience
Experience supporting business development efforts
AIA billing experience
Procore experience
Experience working with subcontractors
GMP contract and billing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with solid decision making skills.
Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong software skills to include MS Office.
