About The Position

The Project Manager supports the successful delivery of projects by coordinating project management, construction management, scheduling, procurement, and support activities to help meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive, the Project Manager collaborates closely with the Construction Manager to translate project plans into organized field execution. This role assists with project planning, tracking, forecasting, and change management activities, and contributes to internal and client-facing communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management roles within commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction
Proven experience managing large, complex construction projects with multiple workstreams
Experience working with integrated project management, cost control, and scheduling platforms in a large-scale construction environment
Demonstrated ability to lead integrated project teams and coordinate across disciplines
Experience working directly with Owners and design teams
Strong understanding of construction contracts, project scheduling, cost controls, and risk management

Nice To Haves

Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred
Electrical construction background preferred

Responsibilities

Support project delivery through all phases-from preconstruction through closeout-by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and helping ensure work aligns with contract requirements and project goals.
Facilitate communication with the Owner and design team by managing routine coordination, documentation, and issue tracking, escalating concerns to the Senior Project Manager or Project Executive as needed.
Contributes to the development and maintenance of the project execution plan, including schedule inputs, procurement tracking, staffing updates, and construction coordination details.
Maintain the project schedule at the task level, monitoring milestones, updating progress, identifying potential delays, and collaborating with the scheduler and Senior PM on recovery strategies.
Support the Construction Manager and project team by communicating daily priorities, sequencing information, and resolving coordination questions within defined authority.
Provide guidance to Assistant Project Managers and project support staff, reinforcing standard processes for forecasting, documentation, and change management.
Manage portions of the project financials, including budget tracking, cost updates, forecasting support, and preparation for month-end reviews.
Develop and submit change order requests, including scope definition, pricing coordination, and documentation, with oversight from the Senior PM or Project Executive.
Identify project risks and coordination needs, elevating issues early and partnering with scheduling, BIM/VDC, procurement, prefabrication, safety, and quality teams to maintain alignment.
Support project administration activities such as onboarding, documentation control, commissioning preparation, and continuous improvement efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
