About The Position

The Project Manager will support the delivery of assigned buildings, infrastructure scopes, or construction packages on behalf of the owner’s representative organization for a large-scale AI factory and hyperscale campus development. This role will coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders while managing schedule tracking, reporting, budgeting, change management, and project documentation. The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving accountability, maintaining communication flow, and supporting successful project execution from mobilization through commissioning and turnover. Candidates should possess mission critical construction experience with strong organizational and coordination skills in fast-paced environments.
