We are seeking a high-performing Project Manager to own projects from contract to completion. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically in signage or construction.
- Proven ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings.
- High proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce/Accumatica (or equivalent CRM/ERP tools).
- Strong negotiation skills, a solutions oriented mindset, and high accountability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle: concept, permitting, production, and installation.
- Track costs, maintain healthy profit margins, and manage change orders.
- Serve as the central hub connecting sales, engineering, manufacturing, and field installers.
- Negotiate estimates and oversee specialized crews for permitting and installation.
- Maintain proactive communication to deliver exceptional results on time.
- Conduct site investigations and supervise active installation work on-site.
