The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs and executive stakeholders. This role involves translating program objectives into measurable milestones, deliverables, and success metrics. The Project Manager will also assist management in developing new procedures and processes for the PM department, lead program kick-off, governance reviews, and ongoing status follow-up across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include communication of pertinent information to the project team and customer, facilitating cross-functional reviews to align engineering, operations, quality, and customer expectations, and monitoring program schedules, budgets, resource needs, and interdependencies for alignment to plan. The role requires leading regular program reviews to assess performance, resolve issues, and maintain strategic alignment, as well as developing and implementing recovery plans for schedule, budget, scope, or resource variances. The Project Manager will guide project managers and functional leads in removing obstacles and escalating critical issues, lead internal governance approvals and readiness reviews for major program milestones, and lead customer and stakeholder reviews to confirm program progress, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Coordination with operations, supply chain, shipping, and field teams to meet overall program commitments, and partnering with finance and accounting to ensure accurate forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting across the program are also key functions.
