About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead roofing projects across residential properties. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of roofing projects—from planning and execution to completion—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of project management experience in roofing or construction
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing residential roofing projects
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and warranty requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing projects from initiation to closeout
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Communicate project timelines, updates, and expectations clearly
• Oversee permits, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
