About The Position

Blue Yonder’s Professional Services PMO is seeking a Project Manager to drive operational excellence and innovation within its North America Professional Services organization. The position bridges project management and PMO operations to support Professional Services Project Managers and scale delivery capabilities. It is dedicated to internal PMO initiatives and operational programs; it does not directly support customers, participate in client-facing activities, generate billable utilization, or manage external project engagements. The role is virtual within the US, with up to 10% travel across the US for team site meetings. The Project Manager leads discrete PMO improvement projects, supports the rollout of best practices and governance frameworks, tracks progress, communicates with stakeholders, and reports outcomes. The role assesses Project Manager needs and requests, identifies recurring challenges, prioritizes support based on business impact and availability, and provides operational support. The position also manages and standardizes Project Manager artifacts and documentation, including templates, checklists, status reports, SOWs, project plans, and delivery documentation. It develops an AI-powered Professional Services knowledge repository and related tools to help Project Managers access best practices, playbooks, lessons learned, and guidance. In addition, it identifies inefficiencies in Professional Services tools and platforms, pilots process improvements, and partners with IT and business teams on implementation and change management.
