Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with crews, leadership, and vendors
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings and concrete work processes
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the construction materials and equipment industry
  • Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily job site activities related to concrete operations
  • Participate in training sessions and ride-alongs with concrete team members
  • Support project planning and execution for slab-on grade and tilt-up construction
  • Coordinate material deliveries to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed at each project
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Director of the Concrete Division
  • Track and report job progress, delays, and material needs
  • Assist in managing branch inventory as needed in support of the Concrete Division
  • Document field issues or inefficiencies to the appropriate parties
  • Work alongside equipment rental and consumables teams to ensure full project support
