BAS - Project Manager
About The Position
This is for a stable, reputable, and large Mechanical company that has a leading Building Automation division with multiple BAS product-lines. This branch operates in the Bay Area: San Jose to Napa and far east as Tracy. The company prides itself on their company values, team-oriented work culture, and dedication to superior mechanical & controls work. Direct-To-Owner, established 30+ years ago, with over 1,000 employees operating in 3 States: California, Nevada, and Arizona across 14 Offices. Their clientele includes Class A – Commercial Buildings, Schools (Large Universities, K-12, etc.), Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities, Hotels, GSA – Government Work, Stadiums, and Airports. They offer services in Retrofit and Design-Build.
Requirements
- Project size management depends on the level of experience Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and milestones/objectives related to Building Automation projects.
- Financial analysis/reviews and financial/billing forecasting.
- Visit to project-sites as needed (about 50/50 field and work-from-home or office).
- Interface with an Operations Manager, an Engineering Manager, Superintendents, Union Electrical Foreman, etc.
- Manpower scheduling.
- Receive support from Project Engineering team.
- Change Order management.
