About The Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish for one of our clients. They are a leading plumbing company in North Royalton, OH.
Requirements
- Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities
- Handle all preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visit.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
- Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors
- Manage all job impacts, RFI’s, Change Orders.
- Attend all job PM meetings.
- Review plans/specs and ensure code compliance
- Track costs, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate all project close out steps, such as final punch-list items, coordinate demobilization, Warranty letters, Operation Manuals and AS-Builds.
