About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the telecom and low-voltage infrastructure space. This role will oversee structured cabling, audio/visual systems, and security installations (including access control and surveillance), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Strong background in structured cabling and AV installations
• Proven experience with project tracking, billing, and resource allocation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Experience using Bluebeam or similar project documentation tools

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through close-out
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee installation of: Structured cabling (Cat6, fiber optic systems), AV systems (displays, conferencing solutions), Security systems (CCTV, access control)
• Ensure all work meets industry standards (TIA/EIA, NEC, BICSI, etc.)
• Maintain adherence to company and client quality expectations
• Prepare and manage project budgets
• Track expenses and identify cost-effective solutions
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and billing documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Provide consistent updates on project status, risks, and milestones
• Manage expectations and resolve issues proactively
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Identify and address deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate project records (drawings, schedules, close-out packages)
• Prepare post-project evaluations and document lessons learned
