About The Position

Oversee and lead a team in completing projects by a set deadline, schedule and budget. Monitor project progress, resolve challenges and communicate obstacles. This position may require access to U.S. government or military sites. As such, candidates must be eligible to obtain base access clearance, which includes passing a background check and presenting valid government-issued identification. Per federal requirements, acceptable ID must be REAL ID-compliant or an approved form of federal identification, such as a valid U.S. passport.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5 plus years’ experience of military/marine or ship repair industry preferred.
• Ability to work at a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task with multiple projects.
• Ability and tolerance to meet due dates and deadlines and/or time constraints.
• Ability to delegate and lead others.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control and costs.
• Ability to obtain / maintain a Department of Defense Security Clearance.
• Eligible to obtain base access clearance, which includes passing a background check and presenting valid government-issued identification.
