Job Summary Position Summary The Operations Enablement & Shared Services Analyst supports the resolution of provider-related issues and contributes to the efficiency of revenue cycle operations. This role assists in the intake, review, documentation, tracking, and coordination of escalated issues impacting claims processing, reimbursement timelines, and provider experience. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Analyst helps ensure issues are accurately reviewed, documented, routed appropriately, and resolved within established timelines. This position plays an important role in maintaining workflow consistency, supporting data tracking, and contributing to overall operational performance.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, customer support, or revenue cycle environment
  • Basic understanding of claims processing or healthcare operations preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools
  • Experience with Project Management Methodologies (i.e. Project Management Institute – PMBOK).
  • Knowledge of project financial tracking including monitoring and reporting on budget expenditures.
  • Experience in negotiations, influence others and managing conflicts.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support intake and tracking of provider-related issues submitted through Salesforce and other interdepartmental platforms.
  • Ensure required documentation is complete (issue summary, claim examples, supporting data)
  • Route issues to appropriate teams and assist in monitoring progress through resolution; independently processes issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and status updates within tracking systems
  • Assist in researching and gathering information needed for issue investigation
  • Support senior team members in root cause identification and resolution activities
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely responses and issue closure
  • Escalate delays or risks to leadership as appropriate
  • Adhere to standardized workflows for issue intake and resolution
  • Identify and flag process gaps or inefficiencies to leadership
  • Assist with basic process improvement efforts to reduce manual work and improve consistency
  • Maintain logs of issues, turnaround times, and resolution outcomes
  • Support reporting on key metrics such as backlog, aging, and resolution timelines
  • Assist in identifying trends related to claims issues or provider concerns
  • Provide timely and professional communication to internal stakeholders
  • Support coordination across teams including claims, provider relations, and operations
  • Help ensure a positive provider experience through accurate and timely follow-up
  • Ensure all documentation meets organizational standards and compliance requirements
