This role involves negotiating resource availability, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent campaigns. The Project Manager will also develop, mature, and ensure adherence to the PM methodology tailored to the company's operating environment. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a project risk log, resolving project issues, and escalating as appropriate. The role requires comfort working through ambiguity, guiding projects with a clear understanding of business challenges, and translating business requirements into actionable project objectives. The Project Manager will develop roadmaps, understand key dependencies, and utilize strong negotiation and prioritization skills to navigate cross-functional teams. Additionally, this role will monitor and report on project performance and quality, support portfolio-wide quality audits, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Demonstrating appropriate leadership, collaboration, and decision-making behaviors, while maintaining technical knowledge and professional growth, is essential. The Project Manager will also conduct analyses to estimate and track project costs, manage project change control, and ensure project-related documentation is accurate and complete.
