Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Exposure to cloud technologies and security best practices.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience in Telecommunications, OSS/BSS, or related domains.
Knowledge of enterprise applications, system integrations, or infrastructure platforms.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs
Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology projects and initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
Coordinate activities across business, application, infrastructure, cloud, security, testing, and operations teams.
Track project progress and ensure alignment with agreed timelines and objectives.
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items.
Support infrastructure-hardening and secure-configuration activities for cloud compute, storage, network, database, and integration services.
