About The Position

The project manager (PM) is responsible for moving work through the agency and keeping it on task, on time and in scope, from concept through completion. As the hub of communication, the PM will partner with virtually every department within Carmichael Lynch and Carmichael Lynch Relate. You'll be able to bring your full self and talents to the agency and will be a contributing factor to the agency's success.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of three years project management experience required
  • Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a passion for creativity and a healthy curiosity for the communications industry, pertinent product categories, new media, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Move work through the agency, keeping it on task, on time, and in scope, from concept through completion.
  • Serve as the hub of communication, partnering with virtually every department within Carmichael Lynch and Carmichael Lynch Relate.
  • Facilitate the creation and execution of projects.
  • Set up calls or meetings.
  • Work with Accounting to open a job.
  • Stay at least one step ahead of the game and guide the team through the process.
  • Flex into other channels, potentially beyond a specific subject matter expertise.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and respectfully, both verbally and in writing.
  • Look for solutions and apply skills creatively to solve problems.
  • Pitch in on any task, big or small.
  • Follow process and potentially create better ones.
