About The Position

Our client is expanding its project portfolio and is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing number of strategic initiatives across the organization. These are focused on driving successful project execution within a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded project management professional with banking industry experience, strong Agile delivery knowledge, and the ability to effectively coordinate teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative Enterprise PMO supporting both customer-facing and operational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
Banking, financial services, or related industry experience.
Experience working within both traditional project management and Agile delivery environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Strong facilitation and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong project management fundamentals.
Experience leading Agile teams and supporting Scrum delivery frameworks.
Ability to build project plans and execute against defined objectives.
Experience supporting projects within banking, financial services, lending, payments, or related environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Lead project teams through all phases of project execution.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum-based delivery teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications.
Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational priorities.
Coordinate resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
Foster collaboration and accountability among cross-functional teams.
