Oversee and manage project budgets, schedule, and administration of commercial projects. This role involves managing relationships with clients, architects, design teams, and subcontractors, ensuring all project documentation and requirements are met. The Project Manager will utilize ProCore Converge as the primary project management tool and perform constructability reviews. They will also coordinate project turnover, prepare and maintain project budgets, and ensure compliance with owner contracts and project plans. Key responsibilities include scheduling, tracking progress, obtaining permits, managing submittals, processing change orders, and preparing financial reports. The role also involves facilitating project meetings, managing punch lists, and ensuring proper project close-out and archiving of job data. Additionally, the Project Manager will compile and submit monthly pay requests, approve subcontractor billings, track warranty items, and mentor Assistant Project Managers.
